Candidate Help
This page provides some general information on the use of the website, including
access to information on all the available functionality. It also aims to
highlight any common features and issues that you may encounter.
If you needs specific help on a particular section then just select the
Help option from the main menu bar on the appropriate
page. The following sections are available:
Common Features

Menu Bar; Each page has a common menu bar, which enables quick
access to key areas of functionality

Logged in user; If you are a registered user, and you are logged into
the website, you will see your name displayed in the header.

Mandatory fields; when filling in forms, e.g. your personal profile, all
mandatory fields will be presented with a highlighted boarder.
In the above image both the Firstname and Lastname fields are mandatory.

Keyboard Shortcuts - PCs
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 - press 'Alt' and letter at the same time
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 - press 'Alt' and letter, then press enter
- Netscape 6 - press 'Alt' and letter at the same time
Keyboard Shortcuts - Macs
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 - hold down 'Control' key and then press letter
Common Issues

Unable to view the pop-up help windows; If you are using a browser which
has disabled pop-up windows, then you will not be able to see the page specific
help. You will need to enable pop-ups. In Internet Explorer, this is managed
from Tools -> Internet Options. Select the Privacy
tab. You can then deselect the "Block pop-ups" check box to allow all pop-ups or select
the "Settings" button and add "www.just4qualifieds.com" to the sites for which pop-up are allowed.
Similar configuration options are available in other browsers. You may also need to check the pop-up settings in your anti-virus software.
